Acceptable Use Policy

• Use CEAIH for authorized educational, administrative, professional, or personal-learning purposes.
• Respect privacy, intellectual property, school policy, and the rights of others.
• Use accurate identities and assigned roles.
• Follow educator, guardian, organization, and platform safety instructions.
• Report safety, security, and abuse concerns promptly.

• Harassment, bullying, threats, hate, discrimination, stalking, exploitation, or sexual misconduct.
• Child sexual abuse material, grooming, or any sexualized content involving minors.
• Fraud, impersonation, phishing, spam, or deceptive communications.
• Unauthorized access, credential sharing, malware, denial-of-service activity, or security testing without written permission.
• Uploading unlawful, infringing, dangerous, or privacy-violating content.
• Bypassing usage limits, safeguards, moderation, subscriptions, or access controls.
• Using AI or platform tools to cheat, fabricate evidence, manipulate official records, or make unauthorized consequential decisions.
• Collecting, exposing, or selling personal information without lawful authority.

Users may send messages only to authorized recipients and for permitted purposes. Emergency-alert features must not be used for false alarms, intimidation, marketing, or routine messages.

Users must follow applicable academic-integrity rules and disclose AI assistance where required. Educators must review AI-generated grades, remarks, assessments, and instructional recommendations.

CEAIH or the responsible organization may investigate, preserve evidence, restrict features, remove content, suspend accounts, notify guardians or institutions, or refer matters to authorities where appropriate.
